About the role

Litigator with experience in consumer class actions and online safety, responsible for formulating and driving strategy in complex litigation across Apple products and businesses. Requires self-sufficiency, strong judgment, and ability to manage matters from inception to resolution, including cross-functional collaboration and travel.

Responsibilities

  • Personally formulating and driving litigation strategy rather than purely monitoring outside counsel
  • Manage day-to-day progress of complex litigation
  • Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across product areas
  • Strategically run litigation matters from beginning to end
  • Travel as required

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of consumer class action litigation experience at a major law firm and/or in-house
  • JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar
  • Experience litigating online safety related disputes
  • Experience with consumer class actions and artificial intelligence and machine learning
  • Strong technology interest and aptitude
  • Meaningful trial and/or arbitration experience
  • Excellent communication, analytical, organization, and negotiation skills
