About the role

Technical Specialist providing technical support and skilled troubleshooting for Apple products and services, delivering exceptional service, educating customers on repair options, and supporting high-quality repairs while fostering an inclusive, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and skilled troubleshooting for all customers.
  • Develop knowledge of Apple products, services, and Genius Bar repair processes to support efficient and high-quality repairs.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve service concerns for select Apple hardware and software.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to identify recurring repair problems and relay feedback to Apple.
  • Educate customers on relevant ways to buy and on Apple products and services and repair options.
  • Support customer-facing activities on or off the sales floor as needed.
  • Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and learning.
  • Demonstrate Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.

Qualifications

  • Availability to work a schedule based on business needs that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store.
  • Reliably attend work as scheduled, in line with local laws and accommodations where applicable.
