Personal Setup Specialist role within Apple’s Retail Customer Care, focused on delivering unique, personalized experiences to customers by communicating Apple product benefits, technical aspects, and ecosystem in accessible language, while building strong customer relationships and driving engagement.

Qualifications

  • fluent in spoken and written Japanese
  • love Apple products and enjoy introducing product solutions to customers
  • adapt to changing technology, processes, and environments
  • excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • belief in delivering great, personalized experiences to all customers
  • ability to explain technical terms in easy-to-understand language for customers
  • able to discuss technology with customers and have knowledge of Apple products, apps, and services
  • proactive in pursuing innovative problem solving
  • customer-focused with attention to detail
  • able to respond to customers in a fast-paced environment and understand written communications dynamics and responsibilities
  • able to work in ambiguous situations
  • willing to shift, including weekends and holidays, and flexible to business needs
