About the role

In this highly visible APO Business Process Engineering role, you will own digital transformation initiatives aligned to APO 2030 goals and champion AI-enabled innovation across Apple Procurement and Operations. You’ll partner with global Supply Chain Operations, Planning, Procurement, Engineering, Product Design and Development to identify challenges, redesign processes, and deliver technology solutions that drive efficiency, enhance decision-making, and elevate business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Identify high impact digital transformation and AI opportunities
  • Lead and manage projects from concept to completion
  • Drive alignment and communicate effectively with cross-functional partners, stakeholders, and executive leadership
  • Manage the full life cycle of Digital Products & Platforms
  • Conduct business analysis & requirements management
  • Apply the latest concepts in Generative AI and agentic automation to solve real-world business problems

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, Product Operations, Supply Chain Transformation, or related roles
  • Solid understanding of product development and implementation lifecycles
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Demonstrated experience driving digital product initiatives
  • Experience working in a global and cross-functional environment
  • Outstanding communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-motivated, driven individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience driving large-scale business transformation, process optimization, and digitalization initiatives within Supply Chain Operations
  • Strong domain expertise across Planning, Procurement, Logistics, and Manufacturing Operations
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business challenges and translate them into scalable solutions
  • Proven ability to influence decision-making and build alignment across all levels of the organization
  • Experience leveraging data and insights to support business decisions and measure outcomes
  • AI Competency including Generative AI fundamentals, Large Language Models, AI Agents and Agentic Workflows, Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, Tool Calling, Model Context Protocol, agent orchestration concepts, Agent skills
  • Hands-on experience applying Generative AI solutions to solve business problems is highly desirable
