About the role

Thermal Module Quality Engineers lead cross-functional teams to identify risks, drive qualification and process improvements, and ensure quality and reliability of thermal modules across supplier locations. Role combines data-driven decision making, DOE planning, failure analysis, and project management to meet aggressive production timelines for battery-related products.

Responsibilities

  • Plan DOEs to resolve impacts on process capability and cell performance, summarize data findings, and implement changes to meet specification standards.

Qualifications

  • MS degree in Mechanical/Materials/Data Engineering is required, MBA / PhD degree is a plus.
