About the role

Senior Producer responsible for project management and production for Naughty Dog’s franchise and studio brand, overseeing pipelines, workflows, and relationships with PlayStation partners and external vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement practices and processes for the Communications team, seek improvements and efficiencies in the way we work and the software we use.
  • Build and maintain roadmaps for all projects while accounting for internal resources and review rounds.
  • Track all deliverables and projects across multiple pipelines, ensuring quality meets Naughty Dog standards.
  • Ensure all individuals and teams providing assets are clear on expectations and delivery dates.
  • Prioritize tasks and projects to ensure work is completed efficiently and on schedule.
  • Foresee and assess potential issues and adjust schedules to maintain final project due dates.
  • Address urgent partner requests and perform well under pressure and ambiguity.
  • Route materials to all necessary stakeholders at Naughty Dog, PlayStation partners, and external partners.
  • Proactively track and chase assets, revisions, approvals to meet deadlines and flag blockers early.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with partners, stakeholders, and external vendors.
  • Represent the Communications Team when communicating project status, updates, and schedules.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years’ experience in production, account, operational, and/or project management, preferably in video game industry, entertainment, or creative agency.
  • Experience closing out one or more AA or AAA games preferred.
  • Deep understanding of project management, workflow, and infrastructure.
  • Proven experience managing multiple streams of work with varied stakeholders and approval channels.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of assets across teams while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and juggling multiple projects.
  • Proactive and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in Production software (Trello, Excel, Microsoft Project, Miro, Confluence, Wrike, or equivalents).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, ability to engage with senior leaders/execs.
  • Working knowledge of video game production is a plus.
  • Experience overseeing ideation, planning, and execution of studio-led Marketing, PR, Internal/External Merchandise, Community and Social Assets, Streaming, Partnerships, and Licensing assets.
