About the role

Role focused on owning client outcomes by building production AI systems and delivering enterprise AI solutions. Initial placement in Turing Akademia (8-week program) to develop applied AI, production engineering, and client-delivery skills, after which successful candidates join live Turing Enterprise AI client projects.

Responsibilities

  • Find the Problem Worth Solving: Work directly with customers to identify high-value opportunities and define business outcomes for AI solutions.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years as a software engineer or full-stack developer
  • Strong production engineering experience
  • Strong technical foundation across programming, APIs, databases, backend systems, cloud infrastructure
  • Client-ready communication and ability to navigate ambiguity
  • Ownership and learning agility
  • Prior experience with AI, LLMs, RAG, or agentic systems is helpful but not required
