About the role

Build a full, bespoke compliance program for certifications and regulations (e.g., NIS2, DORA, ISO 27001) including controls, documentation, evidence collection, audit preparation, and ongoing management from framework selection to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Pick one or multiple frameworks from thousands, or bring an existing program.
  • Map current status against obligations to identify gaps.
  • Generate the program including controls, policies, registries and evidence tailored to the company graph and risk.
  • Manage end-to-end program lifecycle from build to external certification, audits, and ongoing second-line work.
  • Provide policy management with traceability, version control, and approvals.
  • Support risk assessment and maintenance, including risk registers and mitigations.
  • Prepare for audits and enable one-click auditor readiness; run simulated audits as needed.
  • Support evidence collection and ongoing governance across domains and frameworks.

  • Experience designing and implementing large-scale compliance programs
