About the role
Software Engineer role at ComplyDo, a YC-backed Berlin-based startup building an AI-native operating system for enterprise compliance. Seed-stage with end-to-end ownership, working closely with founders and customers to scale the product and engineering culture.
Responsibilities
- Own features end-to-end from problem to shipped product
- Work across core product areas: AI agents for compliance tasks, user-facing UI/UX, workflow automation, document/data handling, internal tooling
- Collaborate with founders and team; engage with customers; ship quickly and own changes in production
Qualifications
- Must have: Genuine passion for AI; ability to design and ship UI/UX that feels good; ability to scope and ship from vague problem; bias to action
- Good to have: Some professional software development experience; side projects/open source; familiarity with compliance/legal tech or regulated industries (not required)
