About the role

6-month Quality Engineering internship starting January 2027 in the Production plant, Wissous, supporting the Quality team to improve tracking systems and traceability through analytics and process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • FPY definition and baseline for each product
  • Perform Quality analyses: taxonomy + Pareto + 5M root cause
  • Update the daily quality dashboard
  • Lead problem-solving workshops with the production and methods departments
  • Create and update outgoing inspection and customer delivery files
  • NCR follow-up

Qualifications

  • Final-year engineering student (generalist, mechanical, industrial, quality) with 4–6 months on a real production floor
  • Experience with 5M / 5-Why / NCR handling
  • Ability to build complex Excel dashboards autonomously
  • ERP exposure (Odoo is a plus)
  • Metrology and drawing reading basics
  • Knowledge of electronics/electromechanical assembly is a plus
  • Languages: Fluent in French, professional English preferred
  • Excellent communication, organizational skills, autonomy, and ability to work in a multicultural environment
