About the role

Senior Data Center & Infrastructure Recruiter responsible for end-to-end recruitment across Data Center Operations, IT Infrastructure and DC Management, with a focus on technicians, engineers and first-line management roles for Nebius data centers. Remote (United States) role coordinating across multiple countries and regions to support infrastructure growth and new data center launches.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across Data Centre Operations, IT Infrastructure and DC Management.
  • Deliver hiring for technicians, engineers, operations and first-line management roles across the US market.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines to support future data center launches.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and labor market challenges.
  • Drive candidate attraction through direct sourcing, referrals, networking and agency partnerships where appropriate.
  • Manage interview processes, offer negotiations and candidate experience from initial engagement through to onboarding.
  • Work closely with Recruitment Coordinators and Talent Operations to ensure an efficient hiring process.
  • Provide market insight to hiring managers on candidate availability, compensation and competitor activity.
  • Support regional hiring campaigns and workforce mobilization as new data centers come online.
  • Build long-term relationships within the data centre community and develop future talent pipelines.

Qualifications

  • 8+ year's experience recruiting within Data Centers, IT Infrastructure, Engineering or Telecommunications.
  • Extensive experience managing multiple technical vacancies across different US regions or business areas.
  • Excellent sourcing capability and confidence engaging passive candidates.
  • Extensive stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge and influence when appropriate.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools (Claude, GPT, Copilot, etc) to build agents that serve as a productivity enhancement.
  • Excellent organization, prioritization and communication skills.
  • A self starter with a high level of ownership and accountability.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using Greenhouse or a comparable Applicant Tracking System.
