About the role

Senior role focused on evolving a core agent orchestration platform and AI-powered development platforms, leading architecture decisions, and delivering production-ready solutions across backend services, frontend experiences, infrastructure, and developer tooling.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and enhance agent orchestration and runtime platforms with provider-agnostic integrations across AI ecosystems.
  • Build reliable, scalable workflow execution capabilities, including concurrency, checkpointing, recovery, and lifecycle management.
  • Develop secure multi-user environments that protect data, artifacts, and workspace isolation.
  • Improve platform observability through structured logging, metrics, performance monitoring, and cost tracking.
  • Evolve backend services and user-facing experiences, including APIs, file management, artifact delivery, and error handling.
  • Lead engineering excellence through CI/CD automation, testing, documentation, release management, and technical design leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred).
  • Advanced degree or relevant industry certifications are a plus.
