About the role

Lead and mentor Level 300 Site Leads and their crews on COCO and extended duration international operations. Serve as Shield AI’s primary touchpoint for COCO crew information, provide training and technical support, and coordinate with FSR Management and Senior Manager to ensure mission readiness and contractual compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, mentor, and supervise Site Leads who lead crews on COCO and extended duration international operations.
  • Serve as Shield AI’s primary contact for COCO crew information, collaborating with the FSR Management team and Senior Manager.
  • Coordinate COCO staffing with FSR Supervisors and provide courses of action from the Senior Manager.
  • Mentor, develop, and train Site Leads and crews to ensure mission readiness and operational excellence.
  • Provide technical support to deployed teams as needed.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in managing and mentoring operational teams.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop team members.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience in international operations and understanding of Contractor Owned Contractor Operated Unmanned Aviation System operations.
  • Technical proficiency to provide necessary support to deployed teams.
