About the role

Taiwan-based Field Service Representative (FSR) responsible for on-site operational, technical, and customer support for Shield AI's V-BAT UAS in Taiwan. Serves as primary interface between Shield AI and customer to ensure safe flight operations, mission success, and strong customer relationships, including aircraft operations, maintenance, training, and technical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site operational, technical, and customer support for Shield AI's V-BAT UAS in Taiwan
  • Serve as the primary interface between Shield AI and the customer to ensure safe flight operations, mission success, and exceptional customer support
  • Support aircraft operations, maintenance, customer training, and technical troubleshooting
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Fleet Support, Program Management, Security, and Deployed Operations
  • Mentor operators and maintainers, assist with training events, and help customers safely operate the V-BAT system
