About the role

Leader of the integrated international GTM campaigns for Shield AI's X-BAT pursuits, coordinating regional, country, and opportunity-focused efforts to enable faster decision-making, earlier risk mitigation, and better-supported GTM leads. This pre-award enablement and integration role connects regional campaigns with cross-functional stakeholders and U.S. Government approvals to optimize resource planning and sequencing.

Responsibilities

  • Own the global view. Build and maintain the integrated international campaign picture across all X-BAT regional and country pursuits: strategy status, critical path, milestones, dependencies, decision points, and campaign health in one authoritative picture.
  • Enable the GTM leads. Provide templates, playbooks, data, competitive inputs, cost and schedule inputs, and cross-functional access needed to build and execute their capture plan.
  • Synchronize across company functions. Ensure engineering, product, export, legal, contracts, finance, government relations, and business operations share a single prioritized international campaign plan.
  • Map the U.S. Government and approval critical path. Maintain enterprise view of FMS, DCS, and hybrid pathways and translate them into country-level timelines for GTM leads.
  • Surface conflicts between campaigns. Identify where campaigns compete for resources and provide executive recommendations.
  • Drive executive decision quality. Run operating cadence, risk registers, dashboards, and provide decision-ready information for resource allocation.
  • Scale the discipline. Capture lessons learned into repeatable tools, templates, metrics, and playbooks.
  • Support a culture of accountability, urgency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years in international B2G capture management, program management, strategic operations, business operations, technical program management, or equivalent cross-functional leadership.
  • Proven ability to influence without direct authority and drive accountability across functions and geographies.
  • Strong executive communication: leadership briefings, dashboards, metrics, and decision-support materials.
  • Deep operational rigor in schedules, critical path, milestones, action tracking, dependency management, and risk mitigation.
  • Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-changing environments across multiple time zones.

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally and to obtain/maintain a U.S. security clearance.
