About the role
Role focused on building and maintaining the financial operations backbone for a growing software company. Multi-hat position combining customer service, AI quality control, process building, and product research to ensure customers’ financial systems stay accurate and well-explained while the product evolves.
Responsibilities
- This job will change every quarter.
- Make sure nothing breaks or falls through the cracks for customers while moving fast.
- Bridge gaps when a system is working but poorly explained until we fix it.
- Handle manual onboarding where automation isn’t yet in place.
- Build business processes for customer support on the fly.
Qualifications
- A CPA.
- Controller experience at a software company. You've run real SaaS books.
- Fluency in ASC 606, billing, invoicing, and accrual bookkeeping for software businesses.
- Clients love you.
- You've vibe coded a few things you're happy to show off.
