About the role

Join Claris, an Apple company, as a Manager of Engineering Program Managers to build and lead a high-performing team that drives the end-to-end product development lifecycle across multiple functions, delivering high-quality software solutions on tight schedules.

Responsibilities

  • Establish project/program practice, develop and manage a team of Engineering Program Managers
  • Oversee the program management of various lines of Claris products, ensuring successful, hi-quality releases
  • Establish and lead the operating cadence that coordinates the full value chain for product initiatives, managing dependencies from initiation through completion, and tracking realized benefits against intended outcomes after launch
  • Champion a culture of ownership, accountability, and collaboration within the team, fostering a high-performance environment focused on delivering impactful solutions for customers.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years experience in software engineering project or program management, with understanding of the software development lifecycle from inception to launch
  • 3+ years experience in leading and developing high-performing teams of project managers
  • Proven track record of delivering software products with emphasis on continuous improvement and operational rigor
  • Extensive expertise in managing processes across the software development lifecycle with a focus on metrics and efficiency
  • Solid analytical, problem-solving, consultation and organizational skills
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills for structuring complex issues and solutions in the GenAI space
  • Familiar with SaaS-specific rhythms (monthly releases, continuous deployment pipelines, SLAs)
