About the role

Senior Manager responsible for creating a positive environment of customer interactions, driving performance goals and business priorities, developing other managers, and supporting the Store Leader with strategic decisions and operational execution within Apple Retail.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team (including Managers), empowering each team member to learn, grow, and achieve performance and developmental goals.
  • Assist with recruiting, training, developing, and retaining a diverse, high-performing team.
  • Actively participate in Floor Leadership by interacting with team members and customers throughout the store, modeling exemplary behavior, and ensuring business priorities and exceptional customer service are delivered.
  • Address customer and team member concerns and escalations, and partner with leadership and People partners when appropriate.
  • Drive business priorities and achieve store performance goals by establishing, planning, and executing the operational strategy of assigned functional areas and the entire store.
  • Maintain and uphold company policies and procedures, and protect all company assets including confidential information.
  • Perform other tasks as needed.
  • Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and fostering curiosity to learn.
  • Demonstrate Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.
  • Be a role model for inclusive leadership and build, develop, and retain diverse teams.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of leadership experience in retail, sales, or a related field.
