About the role

App Store Review Specialist focused on qualifying third-party apps for safety, quality, and compliance, with fluency in English and Spanish to support language-specific apps and provide feedback to developers.

Responsibilities

  • Determine whether apps are reliable, perform as expected, and are free of offensive material.
  • Screen every app based on technical, content, and design criteria.
  • Identify changes to apps between submissions and assess app complexity.
  • Work independently and as part of a team, remaining flexible to business needs.
  • Communicate clearly and provide regular feedback to developers.
  • Collaborate with team members and share suggestions on business and process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Able to work Tuesday through Saturday, 40 hours per week.
  • Experience with content review or similar environment.
  • Ability to identify changes to apps between submissions with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent judgment and integrity with timely, sound decisions.
  • Ability to work quickly under tight timelines while delivering quality.
  • Comfortable reviewing a consistently high volume of apps daily.
  • Passionate about providing outstanding customer service with a positive, adaptable, results-oriented attitude.
  • Excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of Apple platforms and commitment to supporting the developer community.
