About the role

Senior software engineer responsible for architecting and developing large-scale web applications within Apple's Employee Experience and Productivity (EEP) team, delivering end-to-end, highly integrated solutions in a fast-paced environment and leveraging Gen AI to optimize documentation and workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Designing and developing microservices and APIs (RESTful and/or GraphQL).
  • Working with Cloud Platforms (AWS or Azure or GCP), and Cloud Services (e.g, functions/lambdas).
  • Knowledge of containerization concepts like Kubernetes, Docker and others.
  • Experience with DevOps process automation using Terraform, Pulumi, or alternatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years programming experience in Frontend Javascript frameworks such as React.js or Vue.js, and in Java or Node.js.
  • 12+ years experience using SQL or NoSQL Databases.
  • Hands-on experience with Gen AI Tools.
  • Experience with continuous integration (e.g. Jenkins) and testing frameworks (e.g. JUnit).
  • Experience working with distributed, global teams.
  • Experience with observability and monitoring systems such as Dynatrace or DataDog.
  • Experience working in highly integrated systems.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently.
  • Experience with Agentic AI for development, testing and DevOps.
