About the role

Role to shape end-to-end user experience for a new product area, including interaction, visual design, and motion from concept through launch. Focus on assembling information from diverse sources into simple, navigable experiences. Includes concepting, prototyping, presenting, and debating ideas with designers, engineers, and executives.

Responsibilities

  • Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of complex, multi-step user journeys in high-traffic consumer products
  • Track record of taking initiative and shipping in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Strong systems thinking; able to make large, dynamic, and imperfect sets of information feel simple and trustworthy
  • Open and collaborative communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior leadership, debating trade-offs, and aligning cross-functional partners
  • Hands-on prototyping skills and fluency with the platform's design language
  • Commitment to designing inclusive and accessible products

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
