About the role
Flowscope is seeking a Founding Engineer to build the software factory for enterprise—capturing client workflows, mapping them, and delivering AI-native, production software via coding agents. This is a founding role with equity, owning the end-to-end software factory stack and production deployments.
Responsibilities
- Capture: high-throughput, high-concurrency systems that collect events across client desktops and systems.
- Privacy: redaction and anonymisation built into the pipeline core.
- Structure: ingestion and retrieval across messy documents and sources, and knowledge graphs that model how work actually happens.
- Build: coding agents that generate, test and deploy custom software from those models.
- Deploy: plugging that software into client systems and running it in production.
Qualifications

- You have a product mindset and can deliver end to end: from client discovery to production code.
