About the role
We are hiring a GTM Lead to own strategy and execution across positioning, launches, trader acquisition, and ecosystem distribution for Totalis.
Responsibilities
- Own strategy and execution across positioning, launches, trader acquisition, and ecosystem distribution
- Design campaigns for new products and market moments, from idea to launch and measurement
- Spend time with traders to understand discovery and evaluation of new products
- Develop relationships with KOLs, creators, communities, and ecosystem partners without turning the brand into paid noise
- Collaborate with founders and product team to turn product capabilities, market data, and user insight into sharp narratives
- Know when to move quickly on live conversations and when to build longer campaigns; convert attention into active traders
Qualifications
- Chronically online on X with strong presence in crypto conversations
- Deep knowledge of the Hyperliquid ecosystem, traders, builders, protocols, KOLs, market structure and culture
- Broad knowledge of crypto ecosystem and interest in trading products, prediction markets, and market structure
- Track record designing and executing GTM campaigns with clear goals, distribution, and measurable results
- Experience with direct outreach, community building, partnerships, or relationship management with traders and KOLs
- Strong analytical judgment to define funnels, measure performance, learn from data, and adjust quickly
- High ownership and comfort in an early stage startup environment
