About the role

Recruiting Coordinator role within the Recruiting Operations team, responsible for building and supporting the recruiting infrastructure, coordinating candidate interviews, and driving process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support our recruiting team in coordinating candidate interviews (phone, virtual, & in-person) for all open roles
  • Streamline the interview process from end-to-end to ensure that candidates have an amazing experience
  • Evaluate and recommend recruitment strategies and solutions to make our processes more efficient, including interview training, funnel analytics, and enablement content
  • Partner with sourcers & recruiters to support university career fairs & industry recruiting events

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination
  • Experience in an operational position that works with cross-functional team members
  • Experience in roles that require a high bar for customer service
  • Experience working in an environment that requires continuous process improvements
