About the role

Industrial logistics specialist responsible for driving daily 1st mile routing and corridor management, coordinating with manufacturing vendors and 1st mile partners to meet KPIs/SLA, and supporting global expansion through data-driven operations.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor day-to-day 1st-mile operations from origin countries to designated global fulfillment centers. Track shipment progress across key milestones, including factory pickup, international freight, import clearance, cross-docking, and final delivery.

  • Execute daily operations according to defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Monitor carrier performance against established KPIs, SLAs, and performance scorecards.

  • Support the testing and daily utilization of logistics portal tools alongside product and tech teams to ensure smooth data flow and vendor compliance.
