About the role
Demand Generation Manager for the Private Equity Business Unit at Carta, responsible for end-to-end campaigns to drive net-new firms to private equity and alternative assets products, ABM targeting, and cross-functional growth initiatives within the Demand Generation team.
Responsibilities
- Research, develop, and execute end-to-end campaigns to drive net-new firms to our private equity and alternative assets products
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and all parts of Marketing to test marketing strategies and drive quarterly business objectives through coordinated campaigns
- Own 6Sense ABM targeting, lifecycle streams, and SFDC campaign tracking for PE Investor prospects, using performance data to iterate and improve conversion at every stage
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, BD, and Product to identify the highest-propensity accounts, surface key insights, and scale what's working into repeatable growth plays
- Help identify, drive, and execute on strategic growth initiatives and tests as we experiment and learn which levers are key growth opportunities for Carta
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in demand gen (recommended)
- preferably in B2B SaaS, fintech, or financial services
- Experience with 6Sense, Marketo, and Salesforce is a strong plus
- ABM-native: experience building target account lists, structure intent-based plays, and sequencing multi-channel campaigns
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and ability to connect campaign activity to pipeline and revenue
