  • Maintain relationships with vendors, including OEMs, distributors, and specialty suppliers, for generators, chillers, UPS systems, PDUs, CRACs, switchgear, and high-voltage equipment.
  • Assist in tracking production schedules, shipping milestones, and on-site delivery coordination with construction managers and trade contractors.

  • Work with internal teams to outline technical and performance requirements for OFCI packages; aid engineers in vendor scoping documentation.
  • Collaborate with construction, design, and development teams to synchronize OFCI procurement schedules with project timelines and construction phases.
  • Join scope review discussions and vendor negotiations to ensure contracts meet reliability, uptime, and delivery timelines.
  • Monitor and report on procurement progress across projects, including commitments, cost impacts, change orders, and remaining exposure.
  • Stay updated on supply chain trends for power and cooling equipment; identify risks to pricing or schedules and propose solutions.
  • Aid in resolving equipment-related issues (delivery delays, commissioning challenges) and support escalation for vendor performance concerns.
  • Help prepare closeout documentation and facilitate warranty onboarding for OFCI assets for smooth handover to operations.
  • Onsite at client site to enable delivery and cultivate client relationships; some in-person collaboration with clients and peers.
