About the role

Strategic and operational HR partner embedded in CoreWeave’s Data Center Operations, driving people decisions across multiple data center sites, enabling fast, high-quality execution and scalable people solutions in a rapidly growing, multi-site environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an influential thought partner to Data Center Operations leaders, translating business goals into people decisions that drive execution and organizational effectiveness.
  • Own core people processes end-to-end (performance calibration, compensation cycles, workforce planning, employee relations investigations) with rigor and speed.
  • Surface insights and patterns from data and observations to help leaders course-correct before issues arise.
  • Lead organizational change in a fast-paced environment, ensuring transparency and business continuity.
  • Drive workforce planning, talent calibration, and performance management across Data Center Operations.
  • Independently manage complex people matters balancing risk, speed, and practicality.
  • Travel regularly to data center sites (30% travel) and adapt communication to frontline teams.
  • Exercise judgment to enforce consistency or flexibility as appropriate, including saying no when required for business.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with People Team COEs and other stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience, including support for operations/front-line populations
  • Experience owning core HR processes end-to-end: performance calibration, compensation cycles, workforce planning, employee relations investigations
  • Proven track record advising and influencing managers and senior leaders (Director+) on complex, ambiguous people matters
  • Working knowledge of employment law and HR compliance in multi-site, 24/7 operations
  • Experience partnering with Legal, Talent, Finance, and People Ops/COE teams
  • Proficiency with HRIS and talent systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Culture Amp or equivalent)
