About the role
Primary scientific/technical solution lead who presents Cradle’s platform and services to scientists and executives at prospects and customers, partnering with Account Executives throughout the buying journey and feeding feedback to product/technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage scientific and technical discovery to understand the customer’s landscape, uncover projects, capabilities and challenges.
