About the role

Senior CQE to lead customer quality engagements for AMD's Data Center, Networking and AI Infrastructure portfolio, acting as primary quality interface with strategic customers and driving issue resolution, quality improvement, and customer satisfaction across the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary customer quality lead for strategic customers, driving customer satisfaction, quality performance, and issue resolution across the product lifecycle.
  • Own customer quality scorecards, lead critical escalations and root-cause investigations, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve product quality, reliability, and field performance.
  • Support new product introductions, provide technical guidance on customer issues and failure analysis, lead customer audits and executive reviews, and act as the voice of the customer within AMD.
  • Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence through data-driven insights and collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams, strengthening customer relationships and business outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical discipline. Advanced degree preferred.
