About the role

Program manager within Apple IS&T’s Employee Experience and Productivity (EEP) team, responsible for day-to-day support and driving projects related to finance, headcount, operations, and financial planning & analysis deliverables, including multi-year budgets and global planning processes.

Responsibilities

  • Create and provide regular financial updates (including quarterly business reviews), increased frequency during business planning time
  • Provide finance input needed for quarterly forecasts
  • Validated analytical and problem solving skills
  • Provide in depth support to implement new or enhanced internal systems
  • Headcount tracking and reporting, and assisting with headcount justifications
  • Play a key role in the continued development of our worldwide capital investments and planning process.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years related finance/accounting experience
  • Thorough understanding of and experience with accounting, financial statement analysis, and financial forecast evaluation
  • Validated knowledge of Excel and Keynote
  • Demonstrated project management experience in a software development/technology business or equivalent experience leading large cross functional project teams
  • Experience handling multi year budgets
  • Experience with Tableau
  • Previous experience with operational and capital planning
  • Project management
  • Highly motivated self-starter, with proven track record to think strategically and motivate change across a global organization
  • Collaborating with Finance and global partners on budgets, forecast, and resource optimization
  • Focused attention to detail with the ability to toggle between macro and micro views
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong strategic approach
  • Excellent process management, planning, and organizational skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity
  • Strong organizational skills and detail orientation
  • Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or related field of study preferred
