About the role

Role to build reliable OEMs for Apple, sustain product supply from launch to end of production, and bridge technical and supply chain teams to enable delivery. Responsible for site leadership of CM performance, factory operations, capacity planning, and program readiness for new product launches.

Responsibilities

  • - Be a site lead responsible for overall CM performance and influence to CM to build a more capable and flexible Apple supply chain
  • - Drive factory daily IO, quality on hold, new site bring up, attainment, and other operational tasks to ensure product delivery in right quantity and quality
  • - Determine factory short-term and long-term capacity plans aligned with Apple business goals
  • - Serve as the escalation point for Apple and CM teams, lead factory daily routines including resources planning, administrative tasks, working hour management, security, etc
  • - Lead different aspects of program readiness for new product launches

Qualifications

  • - Bachelor degree or equivalent experience, major in business, logistics, trading, electrical engineering or related technical subject
  • - Proven experience in manufacturing industry or related areas with operation management background, able to collaborate with or manage cross-functional teams
  • - English & Mandarin proficiency
  • - Strong data analytical skills, ability to gather data, compile information and prepare reports/updates
  • - Ability to facilitate cross-functional communication and coordination on issues and business
  • - Strong sense of urgency for recovery under pressure
  • - Self-motivation to drive excellence
  • - Results-oriented with leadership and organizational skills
  • - Willing to work from CM factory
