About the role

Project Manager to coordinate and support technology deployments and initiatives across Apple Retail locations globally, partnering with Retail, engineering, logistics, warehouse teams, and external service providers to plan and execute projects supporting the introduction of new products and technologies into Apple Retail.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate projects from planning through execution and completion, ensuring alignment with established scope, schedule, and project objectives.
  • Support the introduction of new products, technologies, and solutions into the retail environment.
  • Coordinate activities across multiple Geo's and work with globally distributed teams and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Retail, engineering, operations, logistics/warehouse teams, and professional services vendors.
  • Develop, maintain, and oversee project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate deployment activities, including scheduling, equipment and material readiness, logistics, onsite support, and remote technical support.
  • Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and drive resolution with appropriate stakeholders.
  • Facilitate project meetings with internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to review status, priorities, risks, and outstanding actions.
  • Manage project deliverables and drive closure of open items to maintain alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • Adapt project and deployment plans as business requirements or priorities change and communicate changes to stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Provide regular project status updates, including progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and upcoming milestones.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure relevant information is communicated effectively across project teams.
  • Support continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and ways of working.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing projects in complex, cross-functional environments.
  • Demonstrated experience managing project schedules, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams, external partners, and vendors.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelors Degree with 3+ year of experience managing projects in complex, cross-functional environments.
  • Experience supporting technology, infrastructure, retail, deployment, or similar programs.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience working with geographically distributed or global teams.
  • Experience coordinating vendors, logistics, equipment deployments, or onsite implementation activities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
