About the role

Growth Accounts - LATAM Client Strategist role at Apple Ads focused on building and shaping a high-performing Growth Accounts Sales team to help small and medium businesses grow through performance advertising across Apple Services.

Responsibilities

  • Develop initial campaign success across a portfolio of clients, leading to credibility, trust, and longer-term success.
  • Demonstrate product and industry expertise in client interactions.
  • Manage multiple relationships within the performance marketing space.
  • Maintain a robust business pipeline through email, phone, and in-person outreach and move deals through planned, pitched, agreed, and implemented phases.
  • Leverage internal and external data to drive client business growth.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance media sales, including at least 3 years on a self-serve platform.
  • Proven track record of overachievement and meeting or exceeding sales targets in digital ads.
  • Deep understanding of performance advertisers’ market strategies and success measurement tactics.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills (in person and over the phone).
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to excel and make a difference.
  • Ability to develop early campaign success across a client portfolio and translate that into longer-term success.
  • Demonstrated product and industry expertise in client interactions.
  • Fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese (written and verbal).
  • BA/BS or relevant 4-year degree.
