About the role

SRE-DevOps Engineer responsible for designing, building, and maintaining infrastructure and automation frameworks to power the development ecosystem, with end-to-end CI/CD ownership, cloud and on-premises management, and a focus on reliability, scalability, and security.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline development, testing, and deployment workflows
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and scaling operations
  • Collaborate closely with development and data teams to understand and support their infrastructure needs
  • Monitor system health, reliability, and performance, and drive incident response and resolution
  • Enforce security best practices across infrastructure, access management, and deployments
  • Manage and optimize containerized workloads and orchestration platforms
  • Maintain and improve observability frameworks including logging, monitoring, and alerting
  • Evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies to continuously improve the development infrastructure

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of proven experience as an SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineer in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong proficiency in scripting and automation languages (Python, Bash, or similar)
  • Hands-on experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines
  • Deep understanding of cloud platforms and infrastructure-as-code principles
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies
  • Solid understanding of networking, security, and system administration
  • Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, and observability stacks
  • Hands-on experience with tools: Jenkins, ArgoCD, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, Pulumi, Ansible, CloudFormation, AWS, Grafana, Prometheus, Elastic, OpenTelemetry, ELK Stack, Logstash, Splunk, Vault (HashiCorp), AWS Secrets Manager, Nginx, JFrog Artifactory, Harbor, Docker Hub, AWS ECR, Python, and Bash
