About the role

Product Manager responsible for executive-visible AI-powered products and the broader executive reporting and BI portfolio, including an executive reporting workbench and a natural-language querying product, partnering with engineering, data, design, and AI platform teams to deliver insights for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, launch, and evolution of executive reporting and BI products, powering strategic decision-making for senior leadership
  • Serve as the direct, primary product point of contact for VP and executive-level stakeholders, translating ambiguous and evolving executive needs into clear product direction
  • Manage the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and beyond, including roadmapping, feature definition, and go-live strategy
  • Champion experimentation with AI-driven capabilities, hands-on builder's mindset
  • Evangelize the product vision across the department and cross-functional teams to achieve product objectives
  • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, building long-lasting relationships with both
  • Collaborate with program management to communicate project status, resolve issues, and ensure high-quality products are delivered on time
  • Analyze and research business and usage data to propose and design solutions in collaboration with Engineering, Data, and Design partners
  • Work in an agile team with a hands-on approach
  • Experience with executive reporting, forecasting, or BI dashboard products specifically
  • Proven track record of managing product development lifecycles, building complex products with cross-functional partners including engineering, design, and business stakeholders
  • 5+ years in a role demanding executive-facing judgment and ownership of outcomes
  • Direct, independent experience owning an ongoing relationship with a VP or executive-level stakeholder
  • Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous executive requests into clear product requirements and team direction
  • Comfort working with complex data and understanding of analytics/BI concepts; SQL knowledge or data-analysis tools
  • Ability to work with engineering teams on AI/agent-powered features and data-pipeline-driven reporting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with senior leadership
  • Ability to travel internationally as needed
  • Bachelor’s degree in business-related or quantitative field or equivalent practical experience
  • Hands-on experience applying data analytics in Finance, Sales Operations, or Demand Management
  • Experience building or shipping AI/LLM-powered product features with data science/AI platform collaboration
  • Comfort prototyping and iterating through imperfect AI behavior
  • Familiarity with BI platforms (Tableau or equivalent)
  • Understanding of data products, pipelines, APIs, and system integrations
  • Autonomy in a small team, including writing specs, retrieving data, or QA when needed
  • Master’s degree in business-related or quantitative field or equivalent practical experience

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience applying data analytics in Finance, Sales Operations, or Demand Management
  • Direct experience building or shipping AI/LLM-powered product features, with collaboration with data science or AI platform teams
  • Comfort prototyping and iterating through imperfect early AI behavior
  • Familiarity with BI platforms (Tableau or equivalent)
  • Understanding of data products and pipelines, APIs, and system integrations
  • Experience operating with high autonomy within a small team, including writing specifications, retrieving data, or performing quality assurance when assistance is unavailable
  • Bachelor’s degree in business-related or quantitative field or equivalent practical experience
  • Master’s degree in business-related or quantitative field or equivalent practical experience
