About the role

Manager at an Apple Store responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving store performance through operational strategies and inclusive leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team, developing and empowering each team member to learn, grow, and achieve performance and developmental goals.
  • Assist with recruiting, training, developing, and retaining a diverse, high-performing team.
  • Active Floor Leadership by interacting with team members and customers to ensure business priorities are met and exceptional customer service is delivered.
  • Address customer and team member concerns and escalations, and partner with leadership and People partners when appropriate.
  • Drive business priorities and achieve store performance goals by planning and executing operational strategies within assigned functional areas.
  • Maintain and uphold company policies and procedures, protect assets and confidential information.
  • Perform other tasks as needed.
  • Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and fostering learning.

Qualifications

  • Be available to work a schedule based on business needs including nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store, in line with local laws and accommodations.
  • Proficient in English and the local language, both written and spoken (sign language supported).
  • Experience leading others in retail, sales, or a related field.
