About the role

Role supporting a team of designers crafting UI for Apple’s software platforms and first-party app experiences. You’ll strategically drive product development by partnering across Design, Product, and Engineering, ensuring the design vision is carried through from exploration to final implementation while translating intent into buildable solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Support a team of designers crafting UI for Apple’s software platforms and first-party app experiences
  • Strategically drive product development by partnering closely across Design, Product, and Engineering
  • Keep teams aligned, unblock progress, and ensure the design vision is carried through from early exploration to final implementation
  • Work hand-in-hand with Engineering to translate intent into high-quality buildable solutions
  • Proven track record collaborating with creatives and supporting multi-disciplinary teams to ideate, iterate, and launch new product experiences
  • Manage multiple projects, resources, schedules, and priorities across parallel work streams to ensure high-quality design solutions in a evolving environment
  • Use storytelling and communication to influence design intent across diverse teams at Apple
  • Maintain a portfolio or work examples demonstrating workflow, process thinking, and problem-solving
  • Create and maintain project plans and tracking documents (schedules, status updates, meeting notes)
  • Commitment to inclusive and accessible product design with sensitivity to diverse users and use cases
  • Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional partners to deliver end-to-end product experiences

Qualifications

  • Degree preferred but not required
  • Portfolio or work examples demonstrating workflow, process thinking, creative problem-solving, and ability to drive complex initiatives forward
