About the role

Senior Manager, Finance Transformation to lead a team of program managers driving strategic initiatives that modernize and optimize global finance processes, workflows, and systems. Partners with cross-functional teams to apply technology, process re-engineering, and data analytics to enhance efficiency, data integrity, and control, including exploration of Generative AI-enabled automation and analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, articulate, and execute a vision and roadmap for transforming core finance processes, operational systems, and workflows.
  • Lead and develop a team of program managers, prioritizing resources across a portfolio of concurrent transformation initiatives.
  • Redesign end-to-end cross-functional workflows to strengthen controls, data accuracy, and scalability through automation.
  • Evaluate and implement new enterprise technologies, including Generative AI, to automate tasks, improve data quality, and enable advanced analytics such as anomaly detection and compliance tracking.
  • Effectively manage stakeholders across leadership, IS&T, PMO, and business units; present transformation strategy, progress, and recommendations directly to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in program management, finance, operations, or systems consulting, with proven leadership of large-scale business transformation initiatives.
  • BS or BA in Business, Economics, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience leading, developing, and managing a team of program managers, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and prioritizing resources across multiple initiatives.
