About the role

Software developer role focusing on automation infrastructure and automated testing across software, firmware, backend, frontend, and mobile applications within Apple’s Hardware Technology group. Responsible for designing automation infrastructure, building test suites, maintaining CI/CD pipelines, and managing lab environments.

Responsibilities

  • Design automation infrastructure across various technology stacks
  • Own the process of automated version release
  • Test automation framework design and development (Python, Pytest, Playwright)
  • Debugging and troubleshooting software and hardware issues
  • Lab infrastructure management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in CS/CE/EE
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Software Developer
  • Proficiency with Python, Java, TypeScript, or similar
  • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
  • Ability to quickly ramp up in new technical domains and adopt unfamiliar technology
