Founding AI Engineer (Enterprise Finance Operations)
About the role
AI transformations for enterprise finance by building AI agents for order-to-cash, enabling autonomous, production-ready workflows overseen by finance experts. Role focuses on end-to-end product delivery, agent infrastructure, and production readiness in a London-based, in-person setting.
Responsibilities
- Ship products end to end from understanding a customer’s finance workflow to deploying agents that carry it out
- Build agents that reason over financial context, handle exceptions, and improve via finance expert feedback
- Develop infrastructure, evaluations and feedback loops to improve agents from real work
- Work across the stack and own problems through to production
- Ship to production on first day
Qualifications
- Around 2-3 years of software engineering experience and have shipped products people use
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs, agents and tool use
- Ability to work across the stack and take a problem from conception to production
- Quick learner with interest in understanding how enterprise finance works
