About the role

Role focused on building and delivering AI infrastructure software and workflows to automate and optimize gigawatt-scale compute delivery, with emphasis on end-to-end ownership, rapid execution, and integration of design, construction, and commissioning processes.

Responsibilities

  • Build the schedule that runs the portfolio: one template schedule per building type, instantiated per project, with every activity tied to the materials it consumes, so procurement timing is aligned with critical paths.
  • Turn the site into structured data: capture work packages, contractor field entries, rack placements, cable runs, and QA inspections as records tied to design revisions; compute percent complete from evidence.
  • Ship change orders as a workflow, not an email chain: draft scope, cost, and schedule impact from design delta; route through legal, finance, and the general contractor with an attached approval trail; update BOM and schedule immediately after signing.
  • Make the design the source of truth: ingest BIM into BOM with reviewable diffs; generate submittal requirements per spec; unify sites, buildings, and data halls as a single canonical record read by downstream systems.
  • Ship commissioning as software: generate test procedures per asset from the design revision; record results as evidence; implement energization gates and proof-based handover.

Qualifications

  • Shipped production code in Go, Python, or TypeScript; ability to pickup other languages as needed.
  • Built features on LLM APIs, MCP servers, and agentic frameworks.
  • Experience with AI coding tools and autonomous agents.
  • Ability to identify problems, design solutions, and ship without waiting for direction.
  • Experience earning credibility with construction/field teams and driving adoption of software in real-world deadlines.
  • Product sense reflected in intuitive interfaces and workflows that align with field operations.
  • Bonus: Construction tech or project controls (P6, schedule engines, critical path); BIM/IFC/Revit data models; commissioning, BMS/EPMS, or controls protocols; document control and submittal workflows; graph data models; computer vision on site imagery.
