About the role

Role focused on turning manufacturing and procurement processes into software-driven solutions for AI infrastructure deployment, with emphasis on end-to-end ownership, fast delivery, and close collaboration with factory and supply chain teams.

Responsibilities

  • Turn the bill of materials into the order book: manage templates with price and lead time, lock project bills to buildings, and derive purchase orders from the bill of materials.
  • Make procurement tracking trustworthy: implement rules in code to monitor late lines, status meanings, and critical path alignment using live vendor emails, documents, and purchase orders.
  • Close the loop from receiving to payment: ensure deliveries align with purchase orders, track serials, score cycle counts, and perform three-way matching for a single source of truth.
  • Ship manufacturing as software before the factory opens: manage manufacturing BOMs, engineering change notices, and drawing trees; generate inspection/test plans and first article procedures per asset; handle nonconformances with attached evidence and vendor re-scoring.
  • Embed with sourcing leads, quality managers, factory operators, and warehouse teams on the floor and in vendor calls to drive adoption of the systems that decide schedules, cash demand, and payment plans.

Qualifications

  • Shipped production code in Go, Python, or TypeScript, and adapt to other languages as needed.
  • Built features on LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-weight models), MCP servers, and agentic frameworks; implemented document extraction in production.
  • Experience with AI coding tools and agents that operate autonomously alongside humans.
  • Ability to identify problems, design solutions, and ship without waiting for direction or approval.
  • Demonstrated speed under deadlines while preserving scalable data models and foundations for others to extend.
