Lessen is seeking licensed HVAC vendors in the Indianapolis, IN area to join their vendor network. This is not a W-2 employment opportunity; vendors operate as independent businesses with control over schedules, staffing, and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Operate as an independent vendor providing HVAC services to residential properties within the Lessen network
  • Meet client quality and compliance standards
  • Maintain reliable communication and timely service to clients
  • Utilize the Lessen platform for scheduling, project management, and invoicing (platform handles these tasks)
  • Coordinate with Lessen field and support teams to address client requests and resolve issues
  • Manage business operations, staffing, and scheduling independently

Qualifications

  • Active LLC or business entity in good standing
  • Valid HVAC license
  • Proof of general liability and workers’ compensation insurance
  • Ability to meet client quality and compliance standards
  • Reliable communication and commitment to timely service
