About the role

Lessen is seeking licensed HVAC vendors in the Jackson, MS area to join its vendor network. This is an independent contractor opportunity (not W-2) where vendors operate as independent businesses with control over schedules, staffing, and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Lessen to perform HVAC services for residential properties within the vendor network.
  • Maintain client quality and compliance standards.
  • Communicate reliably and commit to timely service.
  • Operate as an independent business with control over scheduling, staffing, and operations.

Qualifications

  • Active LLC or business entity in good standing
  • Valid HVAC license
  • Proof of general liability and workers’ compensation insurance
  • Ability to meet client quality and compliance standards
  • Reliable communication and commitment to timely service
