About the role

Senior Events Coordinator supports Events Managers in delivering meetings across the group, leading smaller events or repeat projects with guidance, and attending domestic/Latin American meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate a range of in-person and virtual events, from planning through to onsite delivery and post-event wrap-up.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 2 years' events experience within a corporate environment (ideally medical communications, pharmaceutical, or events agency)
  • Experience supporting a range of events (advisory boards, investigator meetings, preceptorships, congresses, exhibitions, standalone events) in person and virtual is advantageous
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent verbal, written and face-to-face communication skills
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
  • Ability to use initiative, meet deadlines, and collaborate within events and account teams
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to ~12 times per year
