About the role

Sales Development Representative responsible for identifying and engaging target accounts (prospective sponsors, CROs, and clinical research organizations), qualifying opportunities, and setting up the Business Development team for success in a remote US role.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO, and ARO accounts.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to identify study needs, business challenges, and sales opportunities.
  • Schedule qualified meetings for Business Development representatives.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce records and pipeline data.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, and Sales Operations.
  • Share market intelligence and customer feedback.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in SDR, Inside Sales, Business Development, or Lead Generation.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Strong communication, prospecting, and qualification skills.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated.

Skills

Required:Experience in life sciences, CROs, clinical research, eClinical, or IRT/RTSMKnowledge of clinical trial processes
Nice to have:HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or ZoomInfo
