About the role

Senior finance role partnering with the CFO to shape forecasting, planning, and investor communications for CoreWeave’s strategic finance function in a high-growth AI infrastructure company.

Responsibilities

  • Own key parts of the three-statement model and cash forecast, translating contracted revenue, capacity deployment, and capex plans into an actionable outlook for leadership.
  • Drive planning that leads up to public earnings cycles; pressure-test assumptions and explain changes.
  • Define and track KPIs and unit economics; present critical topics to leadership on performance and efficiency.
  • Build monthly, quarterly, and annual executive and Board materials.
  • Support earnings preparation, guidance, and investor dialogue; contribute to financing and rating agency work with the CFO.
  • Collaborate with Accounting, Business Finance, Treasury, and operating teams to ensure numbers are consistent from contract to cash to reported results.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years in finance, ideally in central or corporate FP&A at a large-scale tech company or fast-paced startup
  • Deep modeling skill: three-statement models, cash forecasting, and scenario analysis you can build and defend
  • Sound judgment to synthesize messy inputs into clear recommendations
  • Clear writing and presenting for senior audiences, including executives and the Board
  • Comfort with ambiguity and pace; you build structure where none exists and own critical processes
  • Working knowledge of accounting that affects the forecast (revenue recognition, leases, capex)
