About the role

Venture Lead responsible for building and scaling new ventures, owning the journey from insight to global expansion, and creating playbooks and operating models to drive high-velocity growth and P&L ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Incubate & Launch Ventures: Transform validated opportunities into unicorn-level market pilots, secure lighthouse clients and approved business models.
  • Establish Venture Operating Models: Architect governance, funding, and decision frameworks enabling autonomous delivery by R&D squads.
  • Forge Strategic Partnerships: Negotiate and integrate flagship advertiser partnerships into the core product experience.
  • Scale High-Performance Teams: Build a venture organization by hiring, mentoring leaders, setting quality bars, and coaching managers to deliver outcomes independently.
  • Drive P&L & Playbook Excellence: Own venture business impact with data reviews and codified high-leverage playbooks.

Qualifications

  • Venture Building Track Record: Experience owning a multi-venture thesis in a hyper-growth environment with disciplined scale/kill decisions.
  • Operational Architecture Mastery: Expertise in creating high-velocity delivery engines translating strategy to weekly execution (Lean Startup, Design Thinking).
  • AdTech & Growth Fluency: Understanding analytics systems (LTV/CAC, retention, incrementality) with privacy/compliance readiness.
  • Enterprise Leadership: Experience negotiating complex terms and representing the company with clients, investors, and stakeholders.
  • Bonus: Success launching or scaling a major product in Rewarded User Acquisition or Fintech.
