About the role
Growth role owning experiments that drive revenue for Replo Agent. Lead testing and validation across channels, collaborate with engineering to implement funnel, onboarding, and pricing changes, and communicate with customers to derive insights.
Responsibilities
- Own experiments that turn into revenue and decide growth direction
- Identify and test growth bets across funnel, pricing, and go-to-market channels
- Work with 34,000+ Shopify-connected workspaces on free plans and ~1,700 new signups per month to convert them into paid users
- Engage with customers frequently to extract insights for growth optimization
- Collaborate with engineering (CEO and CTO prepared to allocate resources) to implement product changes for growth
- Interact with partner/affiliate channels and Replo Expert network
- Conduct customer calls to gather information and validate hypotheses
- Achieve measurable progress: day 3 find answers, day 30 launch experiments with numbers, day 90 establish scalable channel
Qualifications
- Experience in building e-commerce brands or growth at early-stage scale-ups
- Proven track record in GTM, outbound, paid acquisition, lifecycle, or partnerships
- Strong ability to own and execute growth experiments end-to-end
- Comfort with direct customer interviews and feedback loops
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams including engineering and leadership
